Set in an epicinterior by Martin Brudnizki with art by Damien Hirst, this latest destinationbrings contemporary Mediterranean dining and wines worthy of Bacchus himself toMayfair.We are recruiting a Chief Operation Officer to oversee andtrade the operation of the restaurant and the supporting functionaldepartments, delivering a unique and memorable experience for every guest inwhat will be one of the topmost exclusive and talked about restaurants in theUK.The COO will lead an executive team of up to 20 who willpersonify hospitality, luxury, and work to the highest service standards. The executiveteam have been carefully handpicked and will be continually challenged,developed, and motivated to be the best in class. As COO you will activelyensure process is implemented and embedded to ensure there is continuousdevelopment for this team as individuals.
