The firm run a variety of alternatives businesses. The CCO (SMF16 and SMF17 function holder) will have coverage of all business lines and management of a small team (with budget to hire an additional person in 2022). The hire will be exposed to complianceand regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, for multiple investment activities, asset classes and products. Whilst we are not looking for a lawyer, the hire will also act as legal representative for the group. We are looking for an existingcompliance officer / compliance manager / head of compliance to step up into the role. We are open to buy-side, brokerage, prop, market making or compliance consultancy backgrounds. Candidates should be strong communicators, polished and presentable - regularface-to-face client interaction, roadshow visits and leading due diligence meetings are key to the role. The role is offering an attractive total comp package. It is possible to offer a guaranteed bonus / sign-on bonus to make a hire at this time of year (howeverit isnt out of the question to allow a new hire to pick up a bonus before resigning).
