Role OverviewOur client is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer to lead the setup, building and growth of its Compliance and Risk functions in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should possess at least 10 years of professional experience of which at least 3 years are of practical experience in compliance at a Regulated Financial Institution that is a Principle Member of VISA and or MasterCard.ResponsibilitiesThe Compliance Management role will report to the board with responsibility for ensuring thecompliance function meets the required standards.Regulator relationships include:* Regulators (FSRA in Abu Dhabi including other regional regulators around the MENA)* Bin / Regulatory Sponsors* Banks / Deposit Takers (Financial Supply chain)Responsible for ensuring that all policies meet regulatory requirements.
