Chef de Parties needed - New opening, Contemporary Mexican concept - AmsterdamRecruitment day 4th and 5th FebruaryWe are looking to fill the final few roles available for this AMAZING one of a kind concept opening In Amsterdam in May 2020We currently need a

  • Sous Chef - Up to €45,000 plus tronc
  • Sennior CDP/Junior Sous Chef - Up to €38,000 plus Tronc
  • Chef de Partie - Up to €35,000 plus Tronc
  • Pastry Chefs (all levels)
    • Our client, one of the most successful hospitality businesses in Europe and is expanding and opening 2 exciting, new restaurants.Currently trading with 6 brands, 15 restaurants and 3 new openings on the horizon for 2020 and more to come it is a VERY exciting time to get involved.This concept is going to be a unique offering Amsterdam, with a menu that will include the very best of Mexican and South American dining, an open Fire grill/pit, in house made tacos and more - this will be the talk of the town in 2020 when they open the doors and will be located in a brand new location with amazing views over the city.The restaurant is open all-day offering multiple surprising and affordable options for customers to chooseWe believe in good food provenance which will see us source products that will be characterized by their authenticity, purity and freshness.So if you are a:
  • A qualified and/or experienced chef
  • Have worked in a high end/fine dining restaurant/Mexican/South American/with Open fire pits
  • A chef who is looking to join something new and exciting
  • A chef who is passionate about fresh food
  • A chef who is used to a busy kitchen
