Job Description

A global technology company is looking for an EMEA Channel Marketing Associate to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. (Hybrid working)Responsibilities:

  • Be an advocate for Partners with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Build, manage, measure and refine marketing strategies/programs/campaigns, driving strong impact and results across the sales funnel for the B2B Commercial Sales team.
  • Support all marketing efforts related to the Work Partner Program including:
    • Support of MDF process, proposals and claims
    • Supporting Tier 2 / Premier Partners
    • Supporting Tier 1 / Elite Partners
    • Supporting Tier 3 / Distributor partners
    • Partner Brand Manager, responsible for enforcing all brand guidelines and requirements involving partners including program badging, co-branding efforts and website representation.
  • Strategic development and management of go-to-market content for partners and sales such as:
    • Campaign materials aligned to Tier 1, Tier 2 and selling promotional programs such as incentive offerings and enablement campaigns
  • Manage logistical and operational elements of partner marketing including, but not limited to:
    • Quarterly budget tracking
    • SFDC Campaign creation & lead upload management through Partner Portal
    • Management & validation of team Channel & Partner Marketing Dashboard
    • Management of 3rd party vendors and agencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience within partner / channel marketing, project management, marketing communications, content strategy, content/digital marketing or a related field
  • BA/BS Degree or higher
  • Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Project and/or program management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Experience / strong skills using Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in marketing and/or technology
  • Excellent communication skills & extremely organized
  • Partner marketing/go-to-market experience
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors, clients or partner accounts
  • Experience with Google docs and Workplace preferred
  • Ability to speak French or German preferred (not essential)
