Job Description

My client is a creative and pacey global enterprise software company who pride themselves on pushing the boundaries of their software based solutions and delivering outstanding levels of customer experience for all their clients. Their solutions regularly appear in the top tier of Gartner Magic Quadrant publications.My client knows to achieve this, they must recruit the best people in the business, you can be guaranteed a culture of collaboration and cohesion across teams, they welcome initiatives and ideas as recognise their people working within the business can bringa fresh approach and make individual and company performance the best it can be.THE ROLEDue to growth, a newly created Channel Manager position has opened, who can support the growth of revenue through indirect sales channels in the EMEA region. The role focuses on nurturing and growing existing strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators(GSI) combined with other strategic organisations whilst initiating new and targeted partnership in the region. This is a remote position but partner-facing which is likely to require up to 50% travel per month.

  • Meeting sales goals to hit revenue goals
  • Forecasting of opportunities and pipeline
  • Development of a partner business plan for assigned partners, outlining strategic objectives and goals
  • Manage an existing and develop GSI account with annual target of c.$4.5m
  • Sign up a new strategic partner in year 1
  • Manage partner relationships
  • Represent product lines to sales partners and customers
  • Update partners on product roadmap and strategy
  • Build working relationships with regionally based internal stakeholders
  • Attend tradeshows and marketing events
ABOUT YOU
  • Five years channel management experience
  • Previous experience in cloud software solution
  • A history of defining and meeting revenue goals
  • Enjoys working autonomously
  • Flexible and innovative approach and mindset
  • Have worked with senior management and C suite
  • Experience within channel sales for a cloud vendor along with managing channel relationships with GSIs would be a bonus, contact centre UCaaS and CCaaS exposure would be a major advantage
