Job Description

This Public Sector organisation is looking for an experienced Change Manager for Recruitment & OnboardingPurpose of the roleThey are currently working to implement a series of new technology platforms to transform the candidate, manager and recruiter experience when it comes to Recruitment and Onboarding.They are participating in a national project to implement Successfactors Recruitment & Onboarding modules, to replace the existing ATS in place across the organisation and enhance the onboarding process. Additionally, they are implementing a CRM tool (Beamery)to support enhanced Talent Acquisition.Both projects are part of an overall strategy to deliver significant transformational change for Resourcing & Talent, enabling the function is able to help deliver the objectives around strategic growth.The role of the Senior Change Manager will be to work with the Recruitment & Onboarding project team and the Resourcing & Talent and HR Operations to ensure that the new systems and ways of working are successfully implemented across the business and withinthe Resourcing & Talent function.They will design and implement a comprehensive change plan, and deliver a coherent and consistent approach to communication across all activity. They will also work to identify and manage interdependencies with other projects and change activity happeningconcurrently across the HR space.AccountabilitiesVision and Direction

  • Change lead on the Recruitment & Onboarding and CRM projects, and other wider changes as appropriate.
  • Engaging a range of stakeholders to understand change impacts and business readiness to adopt planned changes and realise benefits.
  • Leads strategic planning, implementation of change activities and resolves escalated issues
  • Takes a strategic view across a number of Studios projects and concerns, identifying and understanding interdependencies with and impacts on other projects and change programmes such as the below, ensuring change is delivered as coherently as possible.
Knowledge, skills, training and experienceEssential
  • Relevant qualification, e.g. one of Change Management Institute ACMF (Accredited Change Manager Foundation); MSP Practitioner; APMGChange Management; Prosci ADKAR Model or equivalent.
  • Experience managing and implementing change via transformational change programmes.
  • Good understanding and demonstrable approach to benefits managementfrom strategy to realisation.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the ideas and concepts that underpin change management and able to advise on good practice approach to business change.
  • Experience in stakeholder management on complex/sensitive programmes and at senior levels.
  • Credibility and impact with senior leaders; an ability to use influence to gain buy-in, enabling change to happen through others.
