This Public Sector organisation is looking for an experienced Change Manager for Recruitment & OnboardingPurpose of the roleThey are currently working to implement a series of new technology platforms to transform the candidate, manager and recruiter experience when it comes to Recruitment and Onboarding.They are participating in a national project to implement Successfactors Recruitment & Onboarding modules, to replace the existing ATS in place across the organisation and enhance the onboarding process. Additionally, they are implementing a CRM tool (Beamery)to support enhanced Talent Acquisition.Both projects are part of an overall strategy to deliver significant transformational change for Resourcing & Talent, enabling the function is able to help deliver the objectives around strategic growth.The role of the Senior Change Manager will be to work with the Recruitment & Onboarding project team and the Resourcing & Talent and HR Operations to ensure that the new systems and ways of working are successfully implemented across the business and withinthe Resourcing & Talent function.They will design and implement a comprehensive change plan, and deliver a coherent and consistent approach to communication across all activity. They will also work to identify and manage interdependencies with other projects and change activity happeningconcurrently across the HR space.AccountabilitiesVision and Direction
