This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an innovative business supporting their overall maturity as an organisation. The successful candidate will have a proven background in change management and business transformation, and enjoy workingin a start up environment. About the role: Working closely with all operation, product & engineering teams to manage and drive change across the business. Form change management practices from infancy through to full maturity, working closely with senior levelstakeholders. Create communication plans, updating senior level stakeholders and staff across all levels around the key strategy, people, process, technology change - being clear on how it will affect them and embedding the change into the organisation. Continuallyseek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Leading steering of individuals and groups in the journey from awareness to understanding, into adoption and ownership for changes affecting strategy, people, process and technology. Aboutthe person: Proven experience in a transformation and change management position. Organised, accurate, prepared to take ownership of tasks. Able to manage your own time, pro-active and able to follow tasks through to completion. Strong stakeholder experiencein managing Senior Technology and Business leaders. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies like ADKAR etc. This is an initial 6 month contract role at a daily rate of £450 per day outside IR35.
