Change ManagerA brand new and exciting role has arisen for an experienced Business Change Manager who has large scale project implementation experience to join a fantastic charity based in Vauxhall, London. The Business Change Manager will be responsible working closely with HR plus a number of other teams as they embark on a very exciting period of transition. This is a brilliant chance for a Business Change Manager who has a number of years experience implementing change at large organisations and brilliant stakeholder skills who can also get their hands dirty to work for an excellent charity.As the Business Change Manager, you need to have an excellent personality to ensure you can build long lasting relationships with the wider business to make the transition of change as easy as possible. You must have had experience of working with budgets of over half a million. Working for this charity you will be able to work from home a number of days a week although all of the team are fully remote currently.
