Job Description

Working for a sector leading, global law firm, you will be joining the central change projects team as the sole Change Manager ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives and realise benefits by increasing employee adoption and usage. The team focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation.Initially assigned on project to help the Fee-Earners adopt a new way of working.Role responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy that supports adoption
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identifying key stakeholders
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor
  • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
    • Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Proven Change Management experience in a comparable role in a Partnership environment (Accountancy, Consultancy or Legal)
  • Extensive exposure to senior global stakeholders (Partner/C-level/board level) is required
  • Formal change management qualification (CCMP/APMG/Prosci)
  • Exceptional communication skills and a diplomatic approach to problem-solving
