Job Description

Role: Change ManagerLocation:EC3PWorking Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)Job Type: PermanentAn opportunity to join a globally recognised insurance company and contribute to driving and implementing change as a Change Manager.As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing value and executing the change strategy by leading change initiatives across the business.This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your stakeholder management skills and expertise gained in the London Market.About the role:

  • Collaboratesenior stakeholders in achieving the goals of their transformation portfolios
  • Prioritise and plan for successful delivery of projects with the desired strategic outcomes in mind
  • Manage London Market related projects and initiatives
  • Manage project requirements and deliverables, while adhering to budgets and deadlines
  • Remove obstacles to ensure smooth project progression
  • Examine previous and current projects to identify areas for improvement and optimiseprocesses
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders across the organisation
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Experience:
  • Experience delivering change within the London Market
  • End-to-end change delivery experience
  • Excellent communicationskills - written & verbal
  • Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
