Job Description

Change ManagerLondon W1£85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus & benefitsThe CompanyDue to continued growth and development an experienced Change Manager is sought by a leading specialist business advisory firm. This global firm operates in multiple UK locations and is part of a network that provides business consultancy services in over 150counties. Investment in key programmes has resulted in the need for a Change Manager to develop the content of the programme and support the strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities of the Change Manager

  • Day to day management of change projects, including liaising with the business regarding project progress
  • Plan and design outcome focused change projects, monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective action
  • Define the projects governance framework
  • Ensure underlying workstreams are coordinated
  • Resolve risks and issues
  • Monitor project budget, monitoring expenditure
  • Ensure outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints
Skills & Attributes of the Change Manager
  • Extensive experience of change delivery approaches (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
  • OKR/Benefits tracking
  • Developing and embedding right-sized change delivery and governance (aligned to portfolio and programme governance) to suit the project and stakeholder needs
  • Service management concepts and frameworks an advantage (e.g. ITIL)
  • Organisational governance structures and associated relationships
  • Experience of a professional services environment an advantage
