Job Description

  • Lead on change management activities
  • Develop change management plans and evaluating the impact of planned organisational change
  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support the shaping of solutions
  • Manage a small team
What you’ll bring:
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management experience
  • People focused
