Your influence will be significant, supported by strong backing from ourclients leadership. Join the team in steering the Change initiatives, including Greenfield and Insights & Innovation.The RoleCapability Development:

  • Lead organizational planning, recruitment, coaching, and development of our change leaders.
  • Develop a change strategy, fostering a diverse, supportive, excellence-focused culture within the team and the broader organization.
Change Strategy & Implementation:
  • Direct key change approaches, techniques, and tooling choices.
  • Oversee change plan designs, ensuring fitness for purpose across the end-to-end change process.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop implementation plans for pilot, launch, and roll-out within and outside the organization.
Collaboration:
  • Ensure close collaboration with Product, UX, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Engage with senior leaders within our clients organization to educate and promote core Change practices and values.
Change Adoption:
  • Educate the wider organization on the value and opportunities for a progressive change approach.
  • Develop strategies to embed a change-focused culture into the wider business.
Key Deliverables:
  • Overall Change Strategy and approaches
  • Communications plans and approach
  • Stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
  • Training and Learning approach and strategies
  • User adoption approaches and metrics
  • Management, and reporting, of key risks and issues
  • Delivery status updates
Skills Youll Need:
  • Extensive experience in cross-functional project teams and delivering change in fast-moving, agile environments.
  • Proven track record of establishing successful business relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and delivering senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Clear and simple communication skills, explaining complex concepts effectively.
  • Significant experience in people/organizational, process, and technology change.
  • Design and delivery of outcomes-focused measurement approach.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to delve into and understand details.
  • Confidence to promote innovation and challenge the status quo.
