Job Description

Person SpecificationThe Change Coordinator should be a confident, organized, tenacious, task-oriented and results-focused team player who can demonstrate absolute ownership of change deliver, drive for results, effective team and stakeholder management, multi-tasking, a genuineconcern for quality, proactive ownership & initiative. Proven experience in a high-demand, fast paced environment where priorities are regularly changing is desirable.Junior Candidates with 6 months plus experience in a change role are welcome to apply as training will be provided for the right Candidate.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the performance of client-centric high-quality change delivery across the Technology and Operations platforms
  • Responsible for delivery of changes in line with customer requirements, on time in accordance with contractual obligations, budget & service levels
  • Liaising between external clients and delivery teams to; take receipt of Change Requests; ensure requirements are understood and translated into technical deliverables; impact assess and produce accurate estimates of effort/quotes to deliver the change
  • Manage the workload of teams of developers and testers based both in the UK and remotely
  • Proactively work with the delivery teams to ensure the best fit solutions are obtained, validated, and ensure they meet requirements.
  • Assess capacity of resources against demand and inform forward planning/resourcing requirements
  • Pre-empt risks to the delivery of changes and work proactively to remove blockers and resolve issues
  • Production of high-quality informative management information reporting for regular provision
  • Ensuring best practice in conjunction with the wider group
  • Managing personal development of self; coaching and supporting peers
  • Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across the portfolio
  • Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
The role it will require additional hours work outside business hours from time to time and occasional travel.Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and workload management skills.

  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing the workload and throughput of virtual teams

  • Detail focused but able to see the "big picture" and maintain progress
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in a Change Management in IT or business change
  • ITIL accredited
  • PRINCE 2
  • Experience of using Jira
