This is about making them happen.Based in our brand new, state-of-the-art head office in Tolworth, our Service Management Team is looking for an experienced and innovative Problem, Change and Configuration Management Senior Consultant. Lidl GB is part of the Schwarz Group, currently the4th largest retailer in the world which comprise of 5,500 people in IT globally.In the role, you will be responsible of developing and maintaining the Service Management framework with a focus on service-related processes including managing the Change, Configuration & Asset Management, Problem Management, Service Transition and KnowledgeManagement processes in Lidl GB.We have moved to a fully flexible model of mobile working for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best.
