Job Description

My leading global investment bank are looking to bring on Change Manager/Change Adoption Managers to support their TPRM transformation initiative.Candidate will be involved in:High level change analysis, Detailed change impact assessments, Change Personas and Change Journeys, Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plans, Recognition Plans, Support TNAs and Training Deployment, Usage and Adoption Plans, Business Readiness Reporting & Transition to BAU.Experience required:

  • Significant years experience in Change & Implementation across industry and consultancy
  • Able to think and work strategically, and work independently
  • Experience in coaching and supporting Change Leaders, Change Agents
  • Background in Procurement / Supplier or Contract Management / TPM / TPR beneficial, but not essential
  • Change & Implementation: deep expertise in full lifecycle delivering from Initiation through to Closure, focusing on delivering sustainable change in the business, that delivers benefits and positive outcomes for our staff, customers and shareholders.
  • PROSCI or PCI Certified Practitioner and/or Consultancy equivalent
  • Consultancy and Industry experience
  • Experience of Risk/Regulatory and/or Procurement and/or Operating Model Transformation Programmes preferred
  • Previous experience of delivering change in AGILE programmes preferred, as well as and Waterfall programmes
