Remuneration: £33,000 per annum for four days per monthLocation: 30 Euston Square, London, NW1 2FB / remotely as required Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) is seeking a Chair to lead our committed and diverse Board.ICHP is a partnership organisationbringing together NHS providers of healthcare services, clinical commissioning groups and leading universities across North West London. We are also the designated Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) for North West London.We were created by the NHS to supportcomplex change across the health and care sector - innovating and collaborating for a healthier population.We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chair to support our growing and ambitious organisation. The successful candidate will be a committed andvalues-driven leader with experience in leading a consultancy business and passionate about improving the populations health through innovation and collaboration.Working closely with the Managing Director and Executive Team, the Chair will oversee and supportthe overall strategy, financial and operational management and business development whilst ensuring that we continue to deliver high quality and impactful work for our broad range of clients.ICHP is part of the NHS family, and our success is the success ofour partners. At the same time, we are sufficiently removed from the daily pressures of the health and care system, enabling us to provide a fresh perspective, headspace and a bridge into other sectors and industries. Therefore, we are uniquely placed to understandthe challenges within the NHS, its structures, processes, policies, and culture and help solve complex problems. Our team of diverse and committed experts has the tools, networks, and skills to understand and tackle these challenges quickly.We are lookingfor someone with the understanding and experience of scaling healthcare innovation across complex ecosystems. The individual will also have the gravitas and confidence to build and maintain meaningful relationships with many stakeholders ranging from healthand care leaders, national bodies and funders, industry partners, and academic institutions.
