An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities/Maintenance Manager for our Enfield campusThe successful candidate will be highly customer focused, technically competent in building services /fabric maintenance and health and safety with good team development and management skills as well as being an excellent communicator across all mediums. Above all they will have a can do approach to problem solving.The ideal candidate will be an experienced facilities or maintenance manager having previously managed in house teams as well as external support partners and contractors. They will hold qualifications in a technical subject and health and safety and have extensive experience of managing customer expectations, stakeholder engagement and the diverse range of problems encountered in a building and grounds management environment.
