AboutCentral Sales ManagerWeare looking for a confident, driven and motivated individual who will act as abrand ambassador for our client, conducting viewings to potential clients andbuilding relationships with brokers, agents and other industry experts. We provide a place for all employees to learn and develop theirskills in a friendly,positive and nurturing environment, with the ability toprogress within your career.Working with the Sales department yourgoal is to assist in meeting targets across our clients portfolio, buildrelationships with clients, brokers and agents, providing information about allour clients buildings to potential clientsWhat you can expect as a Central SalesManager Managing thecentral sales team, ensuring daily and monthly tasks are completed Conducting1-2-1 meetings, creating objectives and progression plans Annual leaveapproval and following sickness procedures for the central sales team Reporting:provide executive team with accurate statistics for lead flow, viewingcompletion rate, sales team members conversion rates and more Generaloverview of the CRM system and housekeeping of data Dealing withexternal leads and enquiries which supports internal data capture and reportingpurposes Extensivediary management of sales team, ensuring viewings and internal meetings arecorrect and no clashing, you will have full responsibility and overview Full up-keepof the circulated availability report to be sent out to external broker andagent community. Building andstrengthening relationships with brokers, agents and clients. Ability towork within a fast-paced and ever-changing role, while maintaining a clearstrategy and bringing stability to your team Compliancewith the process and procedures as laid down by the company Ad-hoc tasksfrom executive team such as including all new buildings onto external platformsi.e Valve Ad-hoc taskssuch as organizing birthday, work anniversary celebrations and team socialeventsIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have experiencein a similar role.
