Job Description

CCTV/Security Service Engineer - Central London - £28000-£36000 per annumOur client are a specialist security company with more than twenty years service offering bespoke Securitysolutions. They specialise in custom-built Integrated Security Systems including; - Entryphone, Closed CircuitTelevision, Intruder Alarms and Access Control.We are currently seeking a Service Engineer, who will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a range of systems including IP CCTV, Access Control and Entry phone systems to sites in and around London City and the West End.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Service & Maintenance of security systems
  • Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient and effective service.
  • Participating in the out of hours call-out rota (approx. 5-6 times per year). Incentives apply.
  • Follow H&S legislation & guidance.
  • Complete appropriate administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Extra hours/over time may be available, if interested.
  • Communicate effectively and provide an excellent customer service at all times
  • There is a set probationary period (6 months).
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Security Systems Service and Maintenance
  • Integrated Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Entryphone
  • Intruder Alarm Systems
  • Hold either a CSCS or ECS card
  • Security screening carried out for various sites, so a clean criminal record is a must.
Package and Benefits:
  • Basic salary of between £28000-£36000 per annum
  • Holiday leave entitlement will be 20 working days per year (excluding bank holidays)
  • Monthly travel card expense is paid for.
  • A mobile phone is supplied and paid for by the Company.
  • Employee bonus scheme incentive exists for loyalty of service.
  • All work in Central London/West London all within the A406 and inside M25.
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (30 mins for lunch), Tx1/2 Saturdays & Overtime (after 37 1/2 hours), x2 sundays
  • Bus/Train/travel will be expensed.
