The role and responsibilities:Responding to call outs on all the below systemsOffering on site/off site technical support for end usersInstalling CCTV SystemsInstalling Intruder Alarm SystemsInstalling Access Control & Door Entry SystemsInstalling Fire Alarm & Detection SystemsInstalling all other related security or fire equipmentServicing & Maintaining CCTV SystemsServicing & Maintaining Intruder Alarm SystemsServicing & Maintaining Access Control & Door Entry SystemsServicing & Maintaining Fire Alarm & Detection Systems, Emergency Lights and Fire ExtinguishersOther Roles & Responsibilities:Reporting to the office with recommendations and/or upgradesCompleting Job Sheets for every job, survey & auditMaintaining good rapport with clients & customersKeeping company vehicle clean, tidy & organisedReporting any accidents or near misses to the Line ManagerReturning all unused/decommissioned equipment to the office, clearly labelled and marked showing site and related job numberAdditional Information Salary between £25,000 - £35,000 pa dependent upon experience.Pension scheme.Life insurance.Subsistence allowance.Overtime.Standby on-call payments.Personal specification:Proven track record in technical support (preferably field based).
