These are what make us such a great team, working together as one to achieve our vision.The roleLocation: Greater London across 6 schemes (must be able to travel to each scheme on a daily basis, Rota to be arranged with manager)Hours: Typically Monday-Friday but some weekends may be required, 9am-5pmSalary: £27,040.00 per yearWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position ofCatering & Beverage Team Leader across 6 schemes in Greater London. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presentation and preparation of Menu items according to the strict instructions of Apetito and agreed menu standards.
  • Managing the Beverage ordering and sales according to UK Wights and Measures Act and agreed company internal procedures.
  • Regenerating, displaying and serving of food and beverages.
  • Undertaking dining room duties including the setting up and clearing away of the dining room ensuring residents feedback is collated and communicated promptly to the management team.
  • Ensuring a positive, friendly and welcoming environment for Seasons customers at all times.
  • Ensuring the implementation of Health and Safety, Infection Control and Hygiene policies, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
  • Involve customers in menu planning to ensure preferences are recognised, always seeking to obtain feedback from customers about their meals.
  • Be responsive to any complaints or suggestions made by customers, resolving them whenever possible or referring to others as appropriate.
  • Provide full line management to Kitchen Assistants, including performance management, training and motivating the team.
  • Arrange/participate in residents and staff meetings as required.
  • Ensure that standards of food hygiene practice are adhered to and relevant checks are carried out on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that One Housings Health and Safety policy and specific policies relating to the catering operation are adhered to
  • Prepare the staff rota and plan staff holidays accordingly.
  • Place orders as and when necessary to ensure optimum levels of stock
  • Maintain the system of stock control and to carry out checks on a regular basis
  • Attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required
