Job Description

Morgan Hunt is exclusively working with a prestigious Health Regulatory looking to appoint a Fitness to Practise Caseworker on a permanent basis.Job Purpose:A key part of the Fitness to Practise team, the Casworker role will be responsible for undertaking the investigation and preparation work in respect of the cases within their caseload. The Caseworker will also provide support to enable the organisations committees to carry out their functions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and chase information from complainants.
  • Taking witness statements from the complainants and other witnesses as required.
  • Drafting correspondence for the investigators/ Investigations Manager.
  • Identifying and arranging further investigation work where required.
  • Actively managing cases and in a timely manner, keeping Investigations Managers up to date with developments and meeting KPIs targets.
    • Personal Specification:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a Health and Social Care setting.
  • Ability to research, analyse, summarise and report on information in a coherent and systematic way.
  • Highly developed organisational skills.
  • Ability to make recommendations for appropriate policy responses, supported buy clear arguments and evidence.
