Job Description

Signature Recruitment have a great opportunity to join our client, a leading London University, as a Case Manager on a part-time, temporary basis working 17.5 hours a week. The purpose of this role is to support the Universitys Covid-19 Case ManagementTeam in managing suspected and confirmed cases across the Universitys campuses and residences.The successful candidate will work closely with Stakeholders to track and manage cases to reduce the likelihood of in person transmission. You will also provide administrative support to the Committee and be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.If this sounds like it fits your experience, please read on!Case Manager Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the self-isolation form responses through PowerBI, identifying COVID-19 cases which require action
  • Attending daily case management team calls to review cases, discuss actions required and feedback status of on-going cases
  • Liaising with key contacts across the university, via email/phone/MS Teams, communicating information around cases and actions required
  • Monitoring the Case Management Team email inbox and answer general queries, signposting queries to the appropriate person
  • Tracking the location and number of individuals self-isolating and tested positive across University campuses and residences, monitoring for potential links between cases and outbreaks
  • Escalating potential outbreaks to Case Management Chair and Deputy Chair
  • Developing and updating procedures and guidance to align with university policy, Government guidance and Public Health England recommendations and to update guidance documents, templates, and draft website content upon request.
  • Handling the Committee/Board administration including collating meeting papers, drafting agendas, circulating meeting packs, creating minutes
  • Updating and monitoring any actions arising from meetings, following up progress with colleagues, making suggestions or assisting with complex issues, flagging any risks with the Chair
Case Manager Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills including the ability to draft documents and correspondence
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of supporting boards or committees and producing minutes
  • Methodical, detail oriented and flexible in approach to work, maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently as well as delivering within a team
  • Experience of PowerBI
  • Experience of project management/operational planning
