Caretaker£9,395 - £9,774 (18 hours)Witney, LondonPermanent, Part TimeWe are looking for a Caretaker who is enthusiastic, hard-working and organised with an appreciation of the challenges of working in a school environment for 18 hours per week.The successful candidate will be expected to support the school’s ethos and vision in this new and growing community and be willing to play a full role in the wider life of the school, and to support the aspiration of enabling the community as a whole to make use of the building.This is an exciting opportunity for the opening of this brand new school in Sept 2021. The successful candidate will be working in a new environment and will be required to help establish the building systems, maintenance routines and deal with any snagging issues, requiring good record keeping. This will involve close liaison with the building and other contractors.It is essential that the successful person has a professional, courteous and respectful style of communication at all times with adults and children alike.
