We expect the very highest standards for all of our students and this is evidenced year after year by our achievement and progressionoutcomes.The Job:You will prove an impartial, in-depth, initial guidance service for clients considering entering the Trafford College Group including an assessment of their interests, abilities and aspirations to assist them choose a relevant course of studywith appropriate support. In addition you will provide an on-going, impartial, in-depth guidance service to students of all ages and backgrounds with differentiated, targeted follow-up support, including early intervention for students who are consideringleaving their course/s of study or learning. You will also provide help for students at appropriate times during and after their courses are completed to assist them maximise the benefits of their learning and qualifications within education, training and/oremployment.
