Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with a leading London fashion school, who strive to excel as a centre of professional and creative learning in the Fashion, Art and Design fields. They are currently looking to recruit a Career Service and Industry Relationship Manager. As the Career Service & Industry Relationship Manager, you will provide a placement service for students, helping place them into external companies within the fashion industry as part of their studies. This role will build and maintain strong relationships with both national and international companies to support placement opportunities as well as ensure quality assurance for students in the workplace. Working closely with academic colleagues, you will take responsibility for planning and organising career development events along with providing information, advice and support to graduates and the alumni network on their career paths within the fashion industry. To be successful in this post, you will have great knowledge of the fashion industry and its career options along with previous experience in a similar role. Training and coaching experience is key to the success if this role as is excelling stakeholder engagement skills. It is expected you will have excellent communications skills along with being a team player with a collaborative approach to working. Event management, although not essential would be highly valued.
