*** Care Support Worker*****Care Support Workers are needed for a various services in East London***About the employer**adult care service supporting people with mental health and learning disabilities.The services needs care workers who can show understanding towards the people they support.Autistic Spectrum, Down Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy Sensory Impairments will be the challenges the service users are faced with in there everyday life**You will be a person who has good knowledge of care structure.**To have understanding and an empathetic nature towards customers and provide personal care.**Must be good at creating relationship with service users, actively talking and listening.**All time sheets,administrative work and meetings will be part of your responsibilities**To maintain a good professional relationship with both service users and there families.**To be a big part of the team and support other care workers**To follow all procedures and service guidelines**To assist with care and support plan, medication care needs assessments will be part of your daily schedule.NVQ Level 2 would be preferred but not essentialYou are rewarded with a salary of £20,500 to £22,500**Progression rate is very good as the service has an expansion programmeCall Sanjay or Email
