Job Description

About the role:We are seeking to recruit Band 6 nurses /OT/SW. CMHN Band 6 care coordinator will manage a caseload of patients with enduring mental health conditions providing effective and evidence base care and support.The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills; ability to manage a caseload of patients with enduring mental health needs; a good understanding of these needs, a sound knowledge base, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure. The candidate must be proficient with information technology. Good interpersonal skills are essential for the role.The work is challenging at times and we need someone who is committed, knowledgeable and creative at working through challenges in order for clients to receive excellent quality care. The team is committed to providing a service that promotes good service user experience.Commitment to your own personal and professional development in these specialized services as training is available and encouraged.
