Job Role: Carbon & Environment Manager Salary: £47,500Permanent / Full-timeLocation: Kensington, London SW7Main PurposeWe are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Carbon and Environment Manager to join the Building and Facilities team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wishing to further their career in the carbon management sector at a world-classvenue.Responsibilities Responsible for providing planning and management to cover the development and execution of projects, strategies, and activities.Provide managers and employees throughout the business with expert environmental advice and support.Plan, develop and submit internal, external, and regulatory reports, including but not limited to SECR, ESOS and CDP.To create and implement strategies that promote sustainable development and continually monitor these policies to ensure all staff understand and follow the guidelines.To carry out regular audits and assessments to identify and resolve issues and oversee the implementation of the necessary changes in line with their Carbon Strategy.Personal Attributes- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written essential.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Teamwork and leadership skills essential.- Excellent negotiation skills, so they continue s to get a high-quality service and good value for money from its external contractors.- Working towards membership of a relevant industry institute such as IEMA or the Energy Institute (desirable).BenefitsThe company offers a number of benefits, some of which you would become eligible for after the successful completion of your probationary period.Discount shopping40% discount in the bars and restaurants, 20% discount on company retail itemsSeason ticket loan schemeCycle to Work schemeLife assurance schemeEligibility to join the Stakeholder Pension scheme.
