We continue to invest in our relationship teams and deepen our product expertise to ensure we deliver first class service.Commercial Banking provides support to corporate clients through the provision of core banking products, such as lending, deposits and transaction banking services. Whilst also offering clients expertise in capital markets (private placements, bonds and syndicated loans), financial markets (foreign exchange, interest rate management, money market and credit) and private equity. This enables us to meet the varying and sometimes complex needs of all types of corporate clients.You will drive incremental origination and work in partnership with relationship managers and product experts. You will deliver client insight, proposing client solutions and partnering delivery and execution (including the provision of ratings advisory and ratings-linked advisory). You will focus on non-financial corporates.You will help lead and develop the wider team in delivering its purpose, specifically focused on end-to-end management of client engagement, partnering others in the team and beyond in pitching and execution work.Accountabilities Instigating and directing thematic research / content for clients, qualitative and quantitative, that helps foster client engagement and develop the broader Corporate and Institutional Coverage franchise. Lead capital structure and ratings elements of client pitching, partnering with relationship managers and product expertise as appropriate. Support execution work, whether that be ad hoc provision of ratings insight to product teams or fuller debt and ratings advisory engagements. Support S&SFs and CICs origination agenda and targets (as delegated from time to time) through their work, focusing on driving client relevance and hence business opportunity for Lloyds. Build a strong network across S&SF, CIC and the broader LBG to help spot and pursue opportunities and join up and enhance client delivery. Coach and develop those in the team with less experience.
