We have a legacy for matching great candidates to great opportunities.You will be involved in the recruitment process where building candidate relationships and matching them to great opportunities will be your day to day focus. This requires strong attention to detail, great research and communication skills.• You will possess sourcing strategies that are your foundation for building and maintaining your candidate pool and pipeline and proactively research, evaluate, and implement new sourcing ideas, concepts, and methods.• Create detailed documentation of candidate conversations, face-to-face interviews, meetings, reviews, references, and internal discussions.• You will build a robust funnel of passive candidates looking for their next career opportunity.• Fearless in making calls, sourcing PASSIVE candidates and updating records.• Define and manage deadlines, exceed goals/objectives, work independently at times as well as in teams.• Experience and ability to utilize various sourcing methods to develop PASSIVE candidates including telephone, internet, networking events, and social media platforms.• An infectious, positive, gregarious attitude, who presents themselves professionally.Natural aptitude for conversations and a desire to excel at challenges.• Highly motivated individual that strives for success, who is resourceful, creative and can think on their feet.• Persistent and resilient and able to deal with rejection in search of success.• Active listening skills with strong documentation abilities.• Proven ability to lead by example as well as the ability to participate as part of a team.There will be opportunities to progress your career with award-winning training and mentorship as well as expert industry knowledge being passed down.You will be part of a GREAT team and group that believes in high performance - so being a team player and having an outgoing personality is key.Apply now to find out more about our great team and the opportunity that awaits.The MCG Group is a group of forward-thinking companies providing recruitment, consultancy, and project-based solutions to the aerospace & aviation, construction, education, healthcare, and technology sectors.
