Job Description

To support and deliver our ambitious Individual Giving programme we are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join ourCash Team. This is a hybrid role to be worked flexibly from home or our Godmanchester and London offices.Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to develop and retain cash donors, both standard value and Mid Value Donors.You will:

  • Project manage a range a of direct marketing campaigns, including digital and direct mail.
  • Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations.
  • Be responsible for the management and development of the Cash Program, including Mid Value Donors and their donor journeys.
  • Report monthly on your campaigns against key performance indicators.
  • Support the Senior Development Manager with the development of an annual budget, its quarterly reforecasting and monthly monitoring
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful direct marketing campaigns to develop donors across multiple channels and products and may also have experience of working with Mid Value Donors. They will be analytical andknow how to use insight to optimise their campaigns. They will be equally comfortable and confident with the development of creatives and working with external agencies.This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.The starting salary for this position will be £31,220 - £34,689 depending on experience.This vacancy may close earlier than the date shown should we receive high volumes of applications.
