Job Description

Salt has partnered with a Global Leading Media and Entertainment Giant to support in the hiring of a talented and driven Campaign Effectiveness Manager to join their team on an immediate starting basis for a minimum of 6 Months, with great potential forextension. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to use their skills to shape what customer success means to the client base and help build a best-in-class reporting system. This rapidly expanding team is looking to develop their internaland external reporting capabilities to improve efficiencies and capture the real value they create for clients. Key Role Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a key contributor to the analytical elements of the Data and Insight business plan
  • Help to shape the definition of client and campaign success criteria and associated tracking mechanisms
  • Deliver insights and recommendations regarding digital performance for client campaigns across the business portfolio.
  • Working with the broader Data and Insight team on broader projects to cover measurement on a portfolio and individual platform level
  • Design and deliver linear and digital reporting for primarily external stakeholders using various tools such as Pressboard, Vimeo, Adobe, Parse.ly, GAM
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of digital measurement products and approaches
  • Collaborate with other regions to create best practice campaign measurement approaches
  • Provide support and guidance to other team members to drive their analytical capabilities and ultimately drive customer success and satisfaction
Key Skills & Experience Required:
  • 4+ years spent in digital analytics roles / campaign co-ordination roles within media / advertising / entertainment sector
  • Proven ability to conduct analysis on data to measure the impact of campaigns based on common metrics and KPIs
  • Able to work quickly, accurately and fluently with data and provide insight and colour to the results and reporting deliverables.
  • Knowledge of how to set up, use and report on the performance of different digital advertising products with extensive experience of Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly) and Third party social insight tools (e.g, ListenFirst)
  • Knowledge of BI Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo or others
  • Ability to communicate complex data and technical tools in a simple, easily understood manner
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to establish positive working relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to discuss strategic recommendations with advertisers
  • Experience in technical tagging solutions for content to ensure campaign tracking and measurements are working efficiently
  • Experience in custom research / campaign effectiveness methodologies, execution and reporting
