Call Centre Team LeaderSalary: £25,000+ Uncapped Commission plus bensFulltime Permanent, Mon - Sat (rotational shift pattern) 8am - 6pmLocation: Hanwell-West LondonType of Company - Self StorageExcellent opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Team Leader to join this fast-growing self-storage company with over 60 stores around the UK.You will be based in Hanwell West London supervising and leading a teamThe company have outstanding reviews on Trustpilot and wish to expand their brilliant team of customer service advisors within their Brentford Middlesex storeAbout the roleThe role requires you to provide excellent Team leader skills

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales advisors
  • Complete performance reports
  • Carry out performance reviews
  • Training and coaching of staff
  • Chair and execute team meetings
  • Assist the field sales team with securing larger contracts
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the clients products" Comply to Health & Safety guidelines
Key Skills for this role.
  • Min 18 months previous call centre/customer service Team Leader experience
  • Strong Leadership/Sales experience
  • Excellent customer service/complaint handling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self- driven, highly motivatedLead by example
  • Complaint handling experience required
  • Good numeracy/Maths skills
