C++ Developer / Technical Lead (Real-time Market Data C++) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to take a lead role and remain hands-on with technologyYou could be joining a global Investment Management company. As a senior C++ Developer you design and develop real-time, low latency highly available systems that deliver market data from global financial exchanges into the companys ecosystem for use by traders and strategists. Youll focus on making performance improvements to uptime, reliability, robustness, distribution and scalability working with Agile TDD methodologies. As a senior member of the team you will take ownership on projects, help set the standards and drive best practice.Youll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit and 360 views of the City. Driven by technology, this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. Requirements:*Advanced C++ development skills including multi-threading*Strong knowledge of low level UNIX / Linux including Linux Kernel *Experience of optimising low latency, real-time systems within a finance environment, ideally real-time markets data feed handlers *Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms *Strong understanding of Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, PGM, UDP, Sockets*Collaborative team member with strong communication and interpersonal skills, happy to work with others and mentor more junior team members*Degree educated, 2.1 or above, Computer Science preferredAs a C++ Developer / Technical Lead you will earn a competitive salary (to £180k) plus bonus and benefits.Apply now or call to find out more about this C++ Developer / Technical Lead opportunity.
