Job Description

We are excited to be working with this very prestigious travel management company based in London. They are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and officeworkingAs Business Travel Consultant you will provide a professional business travel service, which aims to exceed client expectations.Salary is up to £32K (DOE) + excellent benefits including pension, health insurance and travel discounts.The role:

  • Process client travel requests including ancillaries such as car hire, hotel, airport transfers, lounge passes, chauffeur services and VIP meet and greet
  • Adhere to the service level agreements, client travel policy and passenger profiles
  • Process prospective client cost comparisons/quotations
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times
You will have:
  • A minimum of 1 years previous business travel reservations experience
  • Working knowledge of a GDS system - Sabre preferred
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Outstanding attention to detail
