Job Description

Our client, a leading global TMC is seeking a Business Travel Administrator to join their team looking after a high profile account. The role is ideally hybrid at their central London offices with a salary of up to £35,000. They are looking for an experiencedadministrator within business travel who is proficient in Sabre GDS.Business Travel Administrator duties:

  • Manage the VIP team inbox, clearing emails and assigning confirmation emails to respective agents
  • Resend confirmations and merge complex itineraries as needed
  • Handle ticketing, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create and manage invoices in native Sabre
  • Book domestic and European rail travel
  • Hotel group blocks, and ancillary services like car parking and meet & greet
  • Prepare detailed room manifests for hotel group bookings and set up billbacks
  • Request and organise hotel folios and receipts
  • Run reports and manage queues in Sabre
  • QC PNRs to ensure bookings have seats and passport details
Business Travel Administrator skills required
  • 5+ years of experience in travel administration, with a focus on VIP or corporate travel
  • Proficient in Sabre, specifically with native entries and invoicing
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing, refunds, and exchanges
  • Experience with domestic and European rail bookings
  • Ability to manage complex hotel group bookings and prepare room manifests
  • Proficient in booking ancillary travel services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
