Business Transformation Senior Management Consultant - circa £90k DOEGlobal ConsultancyUK WideWe are currently looking for an experienced Business Transformation Management Consultant to join this prestigious organization and assist the finance-automation consulting team to guide clients towards large-scale transformations using automation and newest technology solutions.Role Overview *You will participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, which include: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, automation potential assessment, RPA implementation, transition, training delivery and change management.*Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes *Utilize your process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations to steer clients in their transformation journey*Interact with the corresponding Client SMEs and collaborate with Clients to complete the assigned deliverables. *Some international travel will be required in the future for this roleSkills / Requirements*Proven experience and strong end to end process knowledge within at least one of the following areas: Credit-to-cash (C2C) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Record-to-Analyze (R2A)*Extensive experience in process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation, using Visio or Business Optix or Aris (or similar application)*Practical experience in implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions and Robotics Process Automation capabilities*Experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation*Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience with proven benefits delivered to other clients through different CI techniques*Very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment*Implementation experience of ERP tools or non-ERP process supporting / management toolsDeerfoot IT Resources Ltd is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT industry.
