Job Description

My client, have been at the forefront of global mobile satellite communications for over forty years, and is the market leading provider of voice and high-speed data communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding, and documentingthe customers business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.Essential Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or technical diploma with an IT related field.
  • Five or more years of experience of working in a similar role and environment.
  • Understanding of the Management of Requirements Methodology, ITIL and business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
  • Ability to develop and prepare Business Requirements, use cases, and user stories, functional wireframes, and business and system flow diagrams and modelling.
  • Ability to understand, represent, and convert the needs of the end user needs into specifications in a software development environment.
  • Strong problem solving, analysis and consulting / advising skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills Incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Understanding for applications Incl. JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Storyteller, Blueworks.
  • Experience with agile scrum-based delivery would be a significant asset.
  • A background in the fixed or mobile telco operator business would be beneficial.
