Business Systems Analyst – CLM-KYC platformsTechnical Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst is required to join a global financial Services business on a permanent basis. This position will be based in London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office) and offers up to £85,000 as a base salary.The business has a global initiative to rollout a ground-breaking client lifecycle management practice, and in line with this will be implementing a new CLM platform. They require a technical BA who will help to implement, support and configure this product.This will be a holistic, end-to-end implementation, and the ultimate goal will be to automate processes as much as possible (currently there are a lot of manual processes). This is a true, greenfield, global rollout, where this team will cover EMEA and interactwith counterparts in US & APAC. The role requires technical individuals, who can both perform in-depth analysis and configuration.Key requirements:1. Strong experience in understanding requirements and building out functional requirement documentation.2. System configuration experience3.
