As part of the HR Business Support Team, the OD Business Support Coordinator will conduct a dual role supporting the Organisational Development (OD) team with programme, delegate and event coordination, as well as providing excellent administrative andmanagement support to our award-winning Human Resources department.Your OD responsibilities will involve being the first point of contact for queries via our staff development inbox and direct from internal clients and external suppliers. The role would suitan experienced programme administrator embarking on their first OD role or looking at a career in HR. Most of the OD programmes are delivered digitally, so you will need to know your way around digital platforms e.g., Blackboard and Teams and be able to supportinternal and external facilitators and delegates who may be less confident in this environment.You will ensure that we maintain our customer service excellence award standards whilst delivering our HR service/objectives. The role will also have shared dutiesand responsibilities for general administrative support to the HR Department.HR and OD promote continual development.
