  • Review reporting to determine expired certificates as below and work with the business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the supplier uploads the latest up to date documents and full compliance
  • Work with the suppliers, internal stakeholders & tech team to identify anomalies with data sets between Proactis & CODA and resolve.
  • Identify suppliers where full compliance is still required and follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers to have them fully approved and compliant
  • Follow up missing email addresses for suppliers Post AP Automation implementation
  • Working to reduce the ongoing issue list where suppliers need to update the supplier master information
  • Assist with the Dev pipeline of onboarding 40-50 new suppliers each new development.
  • To assist with holiday cover for the Supplier onboarding team
  • Review and make recommendations on the Proactis system to ensure consistency of approach and deliver best practice as we move to implement 2 additional modules.
  • Offer support to line manager and other members of the team on an ad-hoc basis
