Job Description

SO, WHAT’S THE STORY Our Business Solutions Specialist, based in the Global Delivery team will work within PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions. As part of our Digital Transformation program, you will work in a fast-paced agile environment, driving and facilitatingthe business engagement of our PLM solution process design and solution discovery. The contract length is 6 months. THE GIG As our Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of the business/technology landscape.
  • Analysing, documenting and challenging end-to-end business processes and customer journeys.
  • Establishing business process, business architecture, and business requirements capture to guide the definition & design of the PLM processes.
  • Participating and reporting in management meetings to ensure an understanding of solution roadmaps, priorities, schedules, and constraints.
  • Collaborating with the Project Delivery team to align with timings and resourcing.
  • Developing and growing the relationship between the IT organisation, our business and our 3rd Party Suppliers.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Experience as a business analyst on a complex full-cycle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation within an Omni-Channel organisation.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, retailer and distribution operating models and processes across product & supplier management, data onboarding, enrichment, supply chain, eCommerce & Digital
  • Experience in creating business requirement documents, product backlogs, and process maps.
  • Experience in facilitating client-facing workshops.
  • Strong logical understanding of the product data lifecycle and business challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with diligent attention to detail and quality of output
  • Agile experience
  • Able to communicate complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences.
  • Highly advantageous to have experience and knowledge of Flex PLM solution.
