This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Readiness Analyst to be part of a key technology transformation for a Critical National Payments System settling £Billions of daily payments for a major UK Bank. Working with business teams, technologyservice introduction teams and the Programmes technology delivery partner, you will be responsible for the delivery of Internal Readiness project workstreams on a day-to-day basis. Salary range of £45,900-£56,970 plus bonus, benefits, great pension and thechance to make a real impact. Hybrid working from London (City). Fixed Term Contract to June 2023. Key Responsibilities for the Business Readiness Analyst include:* Deliver the training, support, and communications workstreams within a critical programmes Internal Readiness Team, within the Bank. * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers, the wider project and portfolio teams, our Technology Delivery Partner, business stakeholders and technology teams. * Lead all aspects of RAID (risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions) including the development of contingency plans. Key skills required:* Extensive experience in large scale programme delivery, across the full lifecycle of the programme, working with cross functional and Agile teams. *Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information to both technical and non-technical teams. *A breadth of IT Delivery and Business Change experience, with experience of project management including project planning, and RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies). Desirable Criteria:* A recognised project or programme management qualification e.g. APMP, PMP or MSP. *Experience of delivering projects within the financial services sector. *Experience working with detailed reporting dashboards (e.g. in Excel or Tableau). In return, this role offers a base salary of up to £56,970 plus excellent benefits including:* A non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through ourflexible benefits programme each year. * A discretionary performance award based on a current award pool. * A 7% benefits allowance with the option to take as salary or purchase a wide range of flexible benefits. * 25 days annual leave with option to buy up to 13 additional days through flexible benefits. * Private medical insurance and income protection.
