Charity People is thrilled to be working with The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) in their search for their next Business Processes Officer (Digital & Systems).The ETF is the expert body for professional development and standards in Further Education (FE) and Training in England. The ETF is the guardian of the Professional Standards for the sector, and the organisation boasts the largest professional membershipbody for practitioners in the post-16 sector: the Society for Education and Training (SET).In post, you will work with a dedicated Information Management Technology (IM&T) department; the IM&T team is highly visible, cross-organisational, and central to realising the overall motivations of the ETF.As Business Processes Officer (Digital & Systems), you will work to embed best practice usage of the organisations new CRM across the organisation; liaising with teams to ascertain functionality they need and how best to achieve this through a combinationof education on the system internally, and liaising with the provider to make necessary changes.You will work to establish business processes for the CRM, create process documentation, and provide user training for the ETF team engaged in CRM operations. In addition, you will identify improvements in both processes and systems; establish complianceprocedures and monitoring structures for business processes; and work with IM&T colleagues to document internal operating procedures, including change control processes and business reporting processes.Ideally, youll have demonstrable experience of working with a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential) and be a deft navigator of the digital environment, including IT systems and CMS websites. You will possess strong analyticalunderstanding of business processes and be able to identify and quantify effectiveness and improvements across the digital environment and have an ability to understand business requirements and user needs. A sound knowledge of GDPR is required, alongsidean ability to write technical and operational documentation.You must be solutions-orientated, capable of using your initiative with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
