Our client is an alternative investment fund manager.They are looking for a financially and marketing-savvy Business Manager to support their Founder and CEO.The business is blockchain and fund management based with some real estate - its cutting edge, tech drive and has huge exciting plans.The role is part remote, part Mayfair based and 1 day in Haslemere, Surrey per week.Candidates must have strong financial services, blockchain or fintech experience.This role is a strong mix of operational support, marketing and working across projects.Role: Provide high level support to the CEO and Founder on a day to day basis ensuring smooth operation of activities and processes to drive growth and efficiency The Manager will evaluate, establish, and implement detailed business plans and management strategies to meet all objectives and play a key role in social media and the development of marketing of the businesses activities The successful candidate will help develop highly detailed business and strategic operating plans for the companys real estate assets Assume responsibility for the execution of individual business plans including monitoring performanceFinancially appraise and monitor all capital expenditure programs with outsource resources. Including competitive positioning, marketing and asset re-positioning when requiredThe right candidate: Degree preferred or equivalents in either Business / Economics, Administration, Marketing or Finance 8-15 years of relevant management experience is required recently in a senior role Demonstrable hands-on management experience in a credible known organisation Relevant management experience within an investment manager/ asset manager, marketing company or similar, or family office involved in Tech. Tech experience and core knowledge essential Track record of undertaking repositioning, and adding value Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written, personable, Client and Partner facing essential Ability to hit the ground running and work independently as part of a small, entrepreneurial teamPlease note, candidates must be in a commutable distance to Mayfair and Surrey.
