FIxed Term Contract: Fully Remote: Agenda for Change Band 8B - Band 8C A BI Project Manager is required to support the BI and Programme teams to oversee and coordinate the BI requirements for the safe and effective delegation of directly commissioned services from NHS England to Integrated Care Systems from a BI perspective. This will require managing the output, coordinating the team, managing the plan and safe delegation checklist, quality assuring the BI work and communicating effectively with ICB and NHSE BI and reporting leads. There are products that we need to develop and prepare for, and on behalf of, the ICBs and ICB networks as they start to collaborate. One of the key products is a plan to enable the embedding of new BI and reporting frameworks across multiple ICBs and multi-ICS joint working. Developing approaches to joint commissioning will be key.The successful candidate needs to have a BI head on project manager shoulders. While this role covers all commissioning functions, the enclosed Pre-delegation Assessment Framework is for specialised commissioning and is an overview of what will need to be project managed in the first instance building to the safe delegation check list.
