Job Title Business Finance Global Lead - Global Financing and Credit Trading Location London Corporate Title Director Our global Credit business enables clients to meet their investment objectives and manage credit risk. With industry-leading expertise in market-making and credit valuation, we offer clients a wide range of products across Flow Credit, Distressed Products andStructured Finance Trading. Products traded include bonds, loans and claims, ranging from the strongest investment grade issuers through high yield to distressed assets. As Global Business Finance Head for GFCT (Global Financing and Credit Trading) you will lead the Group Finance teams responsible for the reporting of daily management, monthly International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory financials of theGFCT businesses. Your remit extends across a variety of areas where partnership with the business and other infrastructure teams is key to deliver business strategy, financial planning, and resource management. Your key responsibilities

• As an experienced Director you will be leading the GFCT Global Business Finance team
• Partnering with the business and infrastructure partners to deliver the strategic goals and objectives set out to grow and control the Global Financing and Credit Trading businesses.
• Responsible for the control and governance of the financial and regulatory reporting of the business lines
• Supporting the development of the business aligned global team including across the Production Centres in India and the Philippines, and broader CFO team.
• Driving change and automation mindset both within CFO and the front to back business processes.

Your skills and experience

• You will be an experienced Finance professional
• Experience working with and advising demanding stakeholders across all levels
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand business drivers to support new initiatives
• Thorough understanding of front to back finance business processes and track record of driving both strategic and tactical improvements
• Track record of building and developing teams across multiple locations
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to support analysis and explain of business performance and new opportunities
